All of our cattle are born and raised on our own pastures without confinement. They are 100% grass fed and grass-finished with non-GMO grass. Our cattle have never had grain, growth hormones, implants or animal by-products. Antibiotics are ONLY used therapeutically under the direct supervision of a vet. If treated, we withhold any animal for DOUBLE the time prescribed by law to avoid residues.

Our beef is USDA inspected and dry aged for a minimum of 14 days. Each cut of meat is individually vacuum seal wrapped.
